New Four-Loop Roller Coaster Successfully Installed at Southeast Asian Theme Park

China Rides has successfully completed the installation and commissioning of a four-loop roller coaster at a major theme park in Southeast Asia. The coaster, spanning 850 meters of track with a maximum height of 42 meters, delivers a top speed of 95 km/h and generates up to 5.2G of acceleration force through its four vertical loops.

The ride features a custom-designed train with individual lap bar restraints equipped with secondary locking mechanisms, onboard audio systems, and forward-facing cameras that capture rider reactions. The track layout includes a 180-degree inverted helix, a zero-gravity roll, and a final brake run with magnetic eddy-current brakes for smooth deceleration.

Installation was completed in 90 days, with a team of 25 engineers and technicians handling track assembly, electrical wiring, and control system programming. The coaster passed all safety commissioning tests, including 500 consecutive empty-run cycles and emergency stop verification at multiple track positions.
