China Rides is proud to announce that its entire roller coaster product line has been awarded CE certification, fully complying with the EN 13814 European safety standard for amusement rides. This certification covers all six coaster models, including the four-loop roller coaster, spiral coaster, and family-friendly mine train coaster.
The certification process, conducted by an accredited European notified body, involved rigorous testing of structural integrity, braking systems, restraint mechanisms, emergency evacuation procedures, and control system redundancy. Each model underwent over 200 individual safety tests, including dynamic load testing at maximum operational speed and wind resistance analysis.
"CE certification opens doors to European theme parks that demand the highest safety standards," said the quality assurance director. "Our engineering team spent 8 months preparing documentation and conducting pre-certification tests to ensure full compliance."
With this certification, China Rides now holds safety certifications for all major international markets, including CE (Europe), ASTM F2291 (North America), and GB 8408 (China). The company is currently in talks with three European theme park operators for roller coaster supply contracts expected to be finalized in the coming quarter.
