China Rides Signs Strategic Partnership with European Theme Park Operator

China Rides has signed a strategic partnership agreement with one of Europe's largest theme park operators, covering the supply of roller coasters, Ferris wheels, and dynamic cinema systems across multiple park locations over a five-year period. The agreement, valued at approximately $45 million, represents the company's largest single partnership to date.

Under the agreement, China Rides will deliver a minimum of three roller coasters, two observation wheels, and four dynamic cinema installations over the contract period. The partnership also includes exclusive regional distribution rights for certain China Rides products and a joint research and development program for next-generation ride technologies.

"This partnership validates our strategy of building long-term relationships with major operators rather than pursuing one-off sales," said the CEO. "European operators demand the highest quality and safety standards, and earning their trust is a significant achievement for a Chinese manufacturer."

The first project under the agreement is a 65-meter Ferris wheel scheduled for installation at a theme park in Spain in the second quarter of next year. The wheel will feature a custom design incorporating local cultural elements and advanced LED display technology capable of showing animations visible from up to 5 kilometers away.

The partnership also establishes a joint safety research program, where China Rides engineers and the operator's technical team will collaborate on developing new safety monitoring systems using IoT sensors and machine learning algorithms. The results will be shared with international safety standards committees.
