China Rides Ships 50th Custom Roller Coaster, Marking Major Manufacturing Milestone

China Rides has reached a significant manufacturing milestone with the shipment of its 50th custom-designed roller coaster. The coaster, a hybrid steel-wooden structure destined for a theme park in Eastern Europe, represents the culmination of two decades of engineering evolution and manufacturing excellence.

Since delivering its first roller coaster in 2008, China Rides has supplied coasters to 28 countries across six continents. The 50 units collectively span over 35 kilometers of track and have safely carried an estimated 80 million riders. The milestone unit features the company's latest track fabrication technology, using laser-guided welding and computer-controlled pipe bending for precision tolerances of under 0.5mm.

"Reaching 50 coasters is a testament to our team's dedication and the trust our international clients place in our engineering," said the company's founder. The milestone coaster incorporates several new technologies developed in-house, including a magnetic launch system that replaces traditional chain lifts, reducing energy consumption by 40% and enabling faster cycle times. The ride also features an AI-powered predictive maintenance system that monitors wheel wear, brake pad condition, and track stress in real-time.

To celebrate this milestone, China Rides is offering a special package for new coaster orders placed before year-end, including free first-year maintenance and an extended 3-year structural warranty.
